Sports has always been a huge part of my life. I played a variety of sports growing up such as football, soccer, and tennis. Actually my Cross training journey began in the Germantown Centre in 2014. My aunt told me she was taking cross training classes and that I should try it out. She showed me some workouts and I was immediately hooked.

I came and found Silver Bull Fitness when I was a senior in college looking for an internship. Silver Bull Fitness had just opened a few months prior to me coming on the team. Since coming on in late 2015 I have since graduated from Physical Therapy School and have become the owner of Silver Bull and Time Out Physical Therapy.

Cross training is not only a great way to get in the best shape of your life, but it is also a fantastic way to rehab old injuries. I have battled several injuries from my football days and cross training has helped heal several of them.

I have worked with several members to rehab old injuries, or chronic pain and tightness. It is really amazing to see someone come in who cannot squat at all because of bad knees eventually be able to squat safely below parallel with no pain.

My life has always been about sports. As a kid I played baseball from the time I could walk until I finished high school. I played football and basketball as well, but baseball was my main sport. I initially got into functional fitness because it wasn’t determined by someone else.

Meaning, you didn’t need a scout or coach to think you were good enough to play on their team to keep playing the sport. In fitness you can go as far as you want the harder you worked. It was all dependent on you, and I liked that.

Years later I fell in love with the teaching/coaching side of Fitness. I love helping people with their goals like people helped me. I love watching the new people become obsessed with Health and Fitness and learn things they never thought they would be able to do.

I miss that feeling from when I first started in 2016. I get to relive that feeling through all my athletes everyday.

When I was in middle school, I was a dancer, but I quickly realized that what truly excited me wasn’t the choreography or performing—it was the supplementary strength and conditioning class. I was fascinated by how targeted exercises could improve my performance and make me a stronger athlete overall. That early curiosity sparked a lasting passion for functional movement and injury prevention.

I started spending all of my extra time at the fitness center where my mom worked and quickly fell in love with group fitness classes. As a young teenager, I loved learning from the coaches who guided us through each session—suddenly, I wanted to know everything I could about the science behind how our bodies move.

By the time I started college, the staff at the fitness center had noticed how often I attended classes each week. They asked if I’d be interested in training to become an instructor. It was an immediate yes. I knew then exactly what I wanted to study: Exercise Science.

I began teaching various strength and conditioning classes and soon fell in love with Pilates. It allowed me to blend my favorite elements of ballet with core-strengthening techniques, helping clients improve posture, build stability, and carry those benefits into both their workouts and everyday lives.

In 2017,I started pursuing additional certifications and specialty classes that focused on my favorite area—functional fitness. That discovery further deepened my commitment to helping people move better, feel stronger, and train smarter.

Coaching has introduced me to so many incredible people and meaningful experiences. I truly believe that promoting health is one of the most powerful ways to positively impact someone’s life. I love empowering people to feel their best—physically and mentally—and watching how that confidence carries into every part of their lives.

I'm so grateful to be able to do this work at Silver Bull Fitness, where the philosophy aligns perfectly with my own!
